Photography Scavenger Hunt

Started online on G+, the Scavenger Hunt needed to quickly move to it’s own website when Google announced the shutdown (and then moved the date way up) of G+. We quickly changed to the website and a Community away from social media.

Over the years it’s expanded to include email marketing, social media and grown the Community. Over 35 Rounds in, photographers have entered nearly 100,000 photos.

Initially completely word of mouth, the Hunt is now attracting new participants worldwide via Google search, ads, and of course still word of mouth.
